- Closed caption file upload in WebVTT (.vtt) format for uploaded and linked videos.

- Bug fix: Navigation in eLearning content on mobile devices no longer hidden behind the browser controls.
- Bug fix: “Sign Up” link on XCL login screen no longer navigates to blank screen.
